Organizational behaviour is a study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups, and structure have on behaviour within organizations, for the intention of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization's effectiveness. In other words, it is "the study of what people think, feel, and do in and around organizations." Since the nature of human being is a sophisticated, multidimensional phenomenon, wide ranges of disciplines are required in our life. In my opinion, organizational behaviour is not only closely related to my daily life but also my future undertakings. I think that many of the organizational behaviour theories can be practiced in my routine life to increase my competitiveness in the heightened competition of this world. Since open system perspective views organization as complex organisms that “live” within an external environment, and depend on the external environment for resources, we as the components that “live” in the organization must adapt to the organization as well as the
