Project Management Performance 2 Project Management Performance Identify constraints present when measuring the productivity in the attached example. There are several constraints present when measuring the productivity in the attached example. First, while measuring multiple factor productivity, there is a constraint that every meal is not the same and requires a different amount of time from cooks and preps. Second, in the short run it is not possible to change the number of cooks or prep in response to changes in demand for meals. Third, there is a constraint of space; the expansions in the number of meals are limited by the amount of space available. Four, the space constraint also applies to employees, a larger number of preps and cooks cannot be applied in the same space. Fifth, the numerical constraint is that the proportion among the preps, cooks, and cashiers needs to be maintained. Sixth, the constraint is that the same meal has to be prepared every day, again and again, otherwise the cost of materials, the use of energy, and the number of labor hours will change. Seventh, beyond a certain level of production, the total capital as well as total other costs will change.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
