To familiarize you with the EEOC sexual harassment guidelines. 2. To teach you the meaning of these guidelines as they relate to the workplace. 3. To teach you the manager’s and organization’s role in preventing sexual harassment. 4. To show you the complexities involved in identifying sexual harassment in the workplace and in interpreting EEOC guidelines. Procedures Prior to the class meeting in which this exercise will be discussed you should read the EEOC Sexual RCT : 53-56). You also need to complete the 20 item sexual harassment questionnaire (Exhibit 2 below). At the start of the exercise, Prof. Way will divide the class into groups of four to six students. Your group’s task is to discuss each item on the questionnaire and arrive at a consensus regarding whether each item constitutes sexual harassment. More importantly, you need to develop a rationale for your answer (20 minute time limit). After all groups have finished, the class as a whole will discuss the questionnaire items. To
