The unwanted reactions I believe I may encounter are: the committee may simply be uninterested with the concept. The proposal I submit may exceed the operating budget and the committee may see fit to pull the plug on the idea. They may feel that while it is a good effort on my part to present an idea or concept the concept may not be beneficial to all parties involved including personnel, other businesses in the building or help to increase efficiency. The steps I would take to appropriately convey my purpose would be to first be sure to state the importance and potential my proposal has for the company’s benefit in order to counter any initial objections they may have. I would be sure to state details of the proposal in a professional manner, be sure that my presentation was organized, well planned and thought out. I would also take into consideration how to express some key points in the presentation to tailor to each individual so that it understood by all. Emails:
