DNA Isolation from E. coli - (Work in tables.) C Follow directions on Handout. C Use 60 E C dry block (no water bath). C KEEP BOTTLE OF ETHANOL ON ICE! r WASTE DISPOSAL: 1) Leave all test tubes (tightly capped) in racks. 2) Place used glass rods in container (w/ alcohol) - up front. 3) Discard all pipettes ONLY in LARGE BEAKERS (w/bleach) - on student tables! 4) Discard all gloves & paper towels ONLY in BIO-HAZARD BAG - up front!
