To: Julianna Hoffman From: Joe Montemurro, Team Seven Leader Subject: Team Evaluation Date: Monday, April 26, 2010 As much as I would love to give all of my $25 each I cannot because I feel in this case that rewards or bonuses must be given based upon activity level and participation throughout the project. I will explain in detail why I will give each member what amount of money. JD JD had probably the easiest job throughout the entire project, Tech Specialist. That by itself is no amazing feat; because of our group’s background (computer junkies) In addition to JD’s role in the group he offered little to no additional help from each of the five weeks. It is my belief that JD road on the tailcoats of the group in order to receive a passing grade in the project. This was evident from the very beginning. Posting late on Friday nights or not posting at all. I never received one weekly report from JD telling me the process in which he helped the group throughout the week. Although in some cases I
