For a randomly chosen suitcase, the weight X (in pounds) is a normal random variable with mean 35 X and variance 2 300 X . The cargo area of a plane is completely filled, what is the probability that the total weight 100 100 1 i i SX of 100 bags is no more than 4000 pounds? 2.
