After completing the Adult Fitness Test, keep the window open, scroll to the bottom of the page, and review the information under Improve Your Scores to answer the following questions. 1. On your results page locate the heading Improve Your Scores. Click on Aerobic Fitness – Interpret and Improve . Based on the information provided, how can you improve your aerobic fitness? I can improve my aerobic fitness by adjusting my level of workout for my available time. I can’t usually work out 5 days a week at a moderate level but I can work out at a vigorous level for 3 days week. I could also change my type of workout to get a full body workout.

Some suggestions to improve muscular strength are to repeat the same exercise more frequently. You can also do the same exercise but add more weights or change the position your are in to increase or decrease the intensity to fit your needs. 3. Click on Flexibility – Interpret and Improve . What can you do to improve your flexibility based on the recommendations listed? When you are trying to improve your flexibility you can pick stretches that involve most of your joints. You need to remember that all of your joints are different and they all require different levels of stretching so be careful not to over stretch them.
