Controversies Is HGH anti-aging? There lacks a lot of concrete proof as to if HGH actually reduces your body’s age or not. Each side of the argument has flaws however. Does HGH reduce injury time? There has been very little evidence to support that HGH actually helps people, usually athletes, reduce their length of injury.

Controversies Should athletes be able to use HGH and steroids? Probably the biggest debate surrounding these drugs. Practically every sport has banned the use of HGH and steroids within the past 10 years, however, this hasn’t stopped athletes from finding different ways from using them. Year after year athletes are banned for using such drugs, but the debate continues whether athletes should be allowed to play to their fullest potential, even if that means using such drugs to get there.
