Ryan Kusy Ms. Page Honors English III 9 January 2009 Ouch! Pain may come in may shapes and forms, sizes and ways, but in the end pain always feels the same way. In life, there are two types of pain, mental and physical. Both equally generate torment and agony for each person. There are also many different levels of pain. There is of course, the classic paper cut, which does in fact cause some serious irritation for the time being. Then there is that time while bowling, when a friend accidentally loses control of the ball and it just happens to land right toes of your feet. And then after that, all you can say is, “OUCH!” After that, you can’t even walk for a few days normally. As well, everyone can remember a time where the didn’t follow through on a promise they made to someone, or forgot do a chore or pick something up and someone got disappointed in you because you failed to do so. There’s also that rare occurrence that you acquire and itch, and are unable to scratch it. It is a terrible feeling. You try as hard to
