As a treatment it was decided for her to receive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. At the initial interview we gave the client a self-report inventory. Self-Report Inventories are when a client fills out a questionnaire that asked her directly about her symptoms, behavior, and personality traits. This would help us figure out what king of symptoms she’s been feeling and the disruption in her life. The particular self-report inventory I gave the client was a Dysfunctional Attitude Scale.
