P a g e | 2 In order to evaluate my Capstone project presentation I will hand out a 5-question questionnaire that covers the material reviewed. First I will present a 30 minute presentation, after that I will hand out the quiz. After everyone has finished their quiz, we will review the quiz as a group and answer any questions they may have. For the quiz I used a Likert scale questionnaire. Originally I was supposed to present at work in a conference room that I had reserved, but due to the corona virus pandemic all presentations and meetings have been canceled. So, I presented to my family in the living room using my PICO projector. I had already timed myself a few time, so the timing was perfect, the presentation took about an hour. My audience consisted of 5 people from my family, I presented in the living room. My capstone project presentation took place on a Sunday 03/15/2020. I do feel that my presentation needs visual aids to make it more visibly appealing. I used the SMART goals model to help direct my goals and help me organize my data. This helped me keep my topics organize and precise, it also helped me organize my data. My post evaluation and quiz is related to the SMART goals, the questions were direct with open free responses. A post quiz is a good indicator to measure audience’s knowledge. From the feedback for the knowledge base was good to excellent, the only recommendation was visual pictures. According to the responses the presentation was affective and 100% of the audience respond.
