BIOC 460 Spring 2009 Protein Methods Problem Set Study tip: As I said in class, if I were studying for this section I would go over the learning objectives then read the corresponding section in the text book rather than trying to read the chapter in one sitting. I think the descriptions of each individual technique are great, but if you look at it all at once it can be a bit overwhelming. Once you have read the chapter, try the following problems: Berg et al., Biochemistry Chapter 3 end of the chapter questions: 7, 10, 12, and 14 Answers in the back of the book In addition, try these practice problems: Here is some information that you can use to solve the problems below: 1.
