You Decide In response to Steve, the Founder of Computer House (CH), should be more involved in the organizations operation. Having trust on the management team to handle the day to day operation of the organization is definitely a plus. If there is no trust within the company, it will not succeed. By being involved in the organizations operation, it will motivate its employees to perform at a higher level. As a leader, you need to motivate employees by being involved. Also, by being involved you can get a better sense of where the company is and develop new ideas for the company to grow along with the managers input. In response to Susan, the Floor Manager, all good employees do move up quickly within a company. It is these employees that help with the success of the company. It is important to keep a positive attitude and continue to find quality entry level employees. It is because of your recruiting techniques that the company is succeeding as well as its employees.
