Unformatted text preview: Another principle that comes into play with my decision to purchase a house is incentive. I would have been happy and content to remain living in my apartment indefinitely if not for the fact that I am going to have a baby. Since I am going to have a baby and my apartment does not have enough room to accommodate this factor, I have the incentive to move into a house that will have enough room for my child and me to live comfortably in. I know that buying a house is not going to easy. At this time the economy is in distress, therefore banks are unwilling to extend a line of credit for a loan to purchase a house.
