Kids N’ Care Saviors of children or Dictators. I wish to write this letter to bring to the notice of the concerned authority and the public about the welfare disbursement agency, Kids N’Care. Sure this agency looks very nice in the ordinary eye and those providing finances, because they very well pretend to be CHAMPIONS of the cause of children. They have very interesting reading material about how to bring up children, workshops for parents and care providers alike. They even go to the extend of dictating to parents how they should go about finding proper care for the child. They have a very extravergant looking building office. They even recognize provider recognition day spending tons of money in gifts and letters. The name and their work truly seems a good cause. But what confuses me is, if their goal is to provide children with care, how come they have conditions such as parent need to be working or on a program, or even doing community service? This does not help the cause of providing care for the child at all because the ultimate victim is the child. Especially at
