Professional practice : being a p.e. teacher or trainer or cardiac rehabilitor b. Kinesiology is knowledge derived from experiencing physical activity, scholarly study of physical activity, and professional practice centered in physical activity. III. What is Physical Activity? a. Inclusive: Muscular Action: in everyday life almost any muscular action is considered physical activity b. Exclusive: Sport related: only movement related to a sport
