I gave birth to our daughter two months ago, thus giving myself a little slack. I went to the MyPyramid.gov website as assigned and answered the prompted questions with the information that I stated earlier. This may increase your risk for health problems. Some people who are overweight should consider weight loss. Eating these amounts from each food group daily may help you gradually reach a healthier weight.
