377a Chapter 3 Study Questions These questions are designed to help you prepare for the exams. Note, however, that the questions do not cover all of the course material that you are responsible for knowing. The Constitutional Right to an Abortion Where is the right to an abortion found in the Constitution? Is the right specifically listed in the Constitution? What part of Roe v.
