The EEOC Guidance The EEOC Guidance is a guideline for what law? Does this Guidance address the entire law? What were the overall goals of the EEOC in creating the Guidance? Why does the EEOC use examples in the Guidance? What other things does the EEOC do to help employers understand the law? What are some of the negative attitudes that people with disabilities face? What is spread effect? What is backlash? What are some of the myths about persons with mental illnesses? What treatment by coworkers do mentally ill persons experience in the workplace? How do people with disabilities perform in the workplace? How do they perform in comparison with non-disabled persons? To what extent are mental illnesses treatable?
