Unformatted text preview: I chose to review my prenatal vitamins for this checkpoint as they are the only vitamins I take and the only ones I have access to in order to review. This is my first child and while I have heard about some of the benefits that prenatal vitamins result in, I still needed to do a bit of research to find out just what is gained by taking them. As much as I hate to admit it the eating habits in our household are terrible and we do not even come close to meeting dietary recommendations of anything but liquids and possibly meats. I have always been an “eat on the go” type of person and my husband is much the same way. Now that I am pregnant we try to make whole meals and eat healthy but old habits die hard.
