Mature embryo has 2 bumps. The bumps are teh beginning of cotyledons (seed leafs) while embryo is grownig, endosperm is growing too inside teh seed coat. eudicots( angiosperms where the pant as two seed leafs or two bumps in embryo) monocots ( angiosperms that develop only one cotyledon.) Embryo Axis( get pic) has cotyledons. has 2 regions. Above region is called epicotyl. Lower region is called teh hypocotyl. GRASP::: at either end of the embryo axis, there are zones of high cell division activity called
