Light microscope can't distinguish between B and T cell c. Formed in bone marrow. Travel to lymph nodes. To CT. become plasma cells. Secrete globulins Form antibodies. Interact with antigens. 1) B cells attack bacteria i. Begin bone marrow. Travel to thymus gland which sits on large vessels of heart. Get antigen marker to carry out their function 1) Killer a) Numerical markers/receptors i) T4 help the t8 cells ii) Ratio of T4:T8 important in Aids One. T4 decreases
