The project asks you to do a comparative study of two operating systems for mobile devices, the Android and the iPhone OS. Android is a mobile device platform built on the Linux kernel version 2.6. developed by Google; the entire source code (including network and telephony stacks is available under an Apache License. Documentation and source code is available from the site: http : //source.android.com/documentation iPhone OS is a proprietary operating systems from Apple; some information about iPhone OS is available from the sites: http : //en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPhone OS version history http : //en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPhone , and from Apple: http : //developer.apple.com/iphone/ The study should have two parts: 1.
