Unformatted text preview: Checkpoint: How to Create Goals I have to say that the difference between short and long term goals are not to similar. Short term goals are goals that I use every day. I usually set goals every night before I go to bed for the next day. Sometimes my short term goals will lead up to accomplishing long term goals. As far as I can say, short term goals can last for an hour or ever a month. My long term goals are very important to me because thats where I see myself in five to ten years. In order to accomplish these long term goals I plan out all my short term goals so that way I can be successful in obtaining my long term goals. Long term goals can be obtained anywhere from six months to a year. I usually base the length of my long term goals off of the short term goals I set and accomplish for myself. My personal values are important so I can make the correct choice in setting my short-term and long- term goals. I must know all my personal values first to make it easier: I usually list them in accordance to term goals....
