Energy Resource Plan 2 Energy Resource Plan Introduction There are several reasons why conserving energy is important. The most important is to help save our planet’s resources. Many of our resources are being abused by humans due to over use. When we use non-renewable resources, it takes a very long time to replenish them. Using renewable resources can much more beneficial to humans. Renewable Energy vs. Non-Renewable Energy There are several differences between non-renewable energy and renewable energy. First, renewable energy is energy that can be gathered several different ways. Some of these techniques include: wind power, solar power, and biomass fermentation. Each renewable energy is cost affective, but they also allow people to use natural resources that will hurt the ozone layer. Non-renewable energy resources cannot be replaced once they are used. Currently, many humans use way too many resources which hurt our planet. What humans do not know though is how
