Memo To: Christine Lancaster, Training Supervisor From: Joe Gilmore, Training Department Supervisor Date: February 7, 2010 Subject: Emotional Intelligence My Research I read your attachment regarding more research on emotional intelligence. I believe that this is a great idea for improving team performance. I also believe that we could all benefit from this training. Your Research Before we can integrate this into our training program, we need more information on how to go about bring it into our company. So, I need you to do more research. See if you can find a website that can offer up some advice on this subject. I will do my research and we can get together in the next couple of days.
