My personal observation of the video footage, conflicts with what Jeff Peckman, and his colleague Stan Romanek are trying to prove. The background information I researched about Jeff Peckman and Stan Romanek are slim pickings. Jeff Peckman, from what I could gather, is an advocate for extraterrestrial phenomena and Stan Romanek’s biggest fan. The only expertise I was able to find on Jeff Peckman was, he is a UFO Examiner. Stan Romanek is named, “The World’s Most Documented Extraterrestrial Contact Story”. That is all I was able to find on Stan. I believe that the authors are biased and untrustworthy. Jeff

I believe that they believe themselves and they are going to great lengths to convince the world to accept their views. The topic could be interesting if the proof did not look so fake. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to computer generate an alien that blinks and has movement, people do it all the time in the movies.
