My initial thoughts on distance learning, was two-sided at first. In the day and time I come from, everyone, including myself, believed if you didn’t go to the school for your education, the degree you received would make it difficult to find a job. Part of me still has some apprehension about that. Distance learning gives me the opportunity to work at my own pace and take care of my family and my responsibilities while achieving my goals. My views about distance learning are a lot more positive now that I have started. I am already beginning to see that I am going to be able to manage my time while taking care of my family and getting my degree....
