Present your opinion of multimedia on a Web site. Are you more drawn to sites that contain multimedia or do you tend to become easily annoyed? Post at least 3 URLs of sites to illuminate your points. What are some of the pros and cons of multimedia for your site? I think that multimedia on a Web site is completely relative to what the Web site is. I tend to get annoyed very easily when multimedia gets in the way of my navigation, especially if I am on my phone. I hate going to a site on my phone and it is designed in Flash…because I can’t see it. I also hate going to a site and having music scream in my ear automatically. Here are 3 examples of multimedia executed well (includes Flash): Moodstream | http://moodstream.gettyimages.com/ Moodstream is a web site that was developed by GettyImages to help users choose stock images, sound, and film based on the mood/feeling associated with the target audience. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
