HOW TO DRAW GRAPHS AND DIAGRAMS Some problems will require that you draw graphs this quarter. Before you begin to panic rightfully, here are some suggestions (not listed in order of preferences) . .. 1) You can draw them by hand. Scan the drawings that you will copy and paste in your homework file. 2) Consider buying a Pen Tablet. You can find some at this address, but you might also be able to find them at any electronic store: https://direct.wacom.com/stores/5/index.cfm . They start at about $19.95. 3) Draw the graphs using a program such as ‘Paint Brush’ that you probably already have with Windows. 4) Go to http://www.mhhe.com/economics/econgk.mhtml and do the graphs there. You'll have to click on Print to be able to copy (by right clicking with your mouse) your graph. Then you can paste it in your homework file. In order for this grapher to work properly, you’ll need to have Java. You can download it at www.java.com . *For explanations on how to use the different tools available, click on ‘Tools Key’, above the grapher. 5)
