Bryan Tippett Environmental Science Reaction Paper February 17, 2010 Global Warming or National Security? The emission of greenhouse gases has always been a problem for the world. Some countries still wonder what will be worse for the world. Will the reduced use of fossil fuels allow the world to regain its stability? Will the affects of global warming really impact the way the world acts or will the world be more affected by the reduced usage of fossil fuels? Which is the more pressing issue for the world? The decreased usage of fossil fuels will lead to the beginning of the crumbling of the nation. This will lead to a world that will be left in a paralyzing state of mind. Without fossil fuels, industries will not be able to function, companies will have no way of electricity, causing the economic state we are in now to look more like Disneyland. Nations such as China, USA and other economically developing nations have not chose a target to cut greenhouse gas emissions. If we allow these three countries to continue, will the rest of the
