(1) Affirmative action is asset of public policies and initiative designed to help eliminate past and present discrimination based on races, color, religion, Sex or national origin. Affirmative action seeks to include those who have been formerly excluded. It covers recruitment, hiring, promotion and training on emotions, myths and not the real definition of affirmative action. (2) Women of all races have the beneficiaries of affirmative action programs where the largest beneficiary is Caucasians women. the doors have opened more for Caucasian women than any other than any other group. Where there has existed historically elitist, all male institutions and jobs, these entities have hired and promoted more Caucasian women than people of color.
