Reflections on Nutrition Over the past couple of weeks I have learned many things about nutrition, as well as things about myself. I have learned what we can do to avoid certain disorders, how to protect myself from food-borne illnesses, and overall how to eat a more well balanced diet. One assignment that has really stuck in my head and has helped me to better keep a balanced diet was our three day diet analyzes checkpoint. This is because this assignment helped provide me with a visual aid of my daily eating habits, what I’m over eating and what I’m not eating enough of. Unformatted text preview: always be helpful. I feel this assignment to have affected me the most because it represents what I’m eating and what I’m doing to myself weather it be good or bad. This tells me simply and plainly that I might be right on or I might be lacking or in excess of something. This along with our three day activity analysis checkpoint we had in week 6 has greatly helped me improve the way I feel on a daily basis. While I feel learning about the body is important, and I’m glad I learned it.
