Three Day Diet Analysis How does your diet compare to the recommendations you received from the Food Guide Pyramid? How many servings from each food group did you consume? My diet compared to the recommendations from the Food Guide Pyramid seems somewhat unbalanced. I appear to be above the recommended servings of dairy and eats but, below in fruits and vegetables. The only intake I have that appears to be normal for me is my grains intake, although that is still slightly below.
