The vitamins B6 and B12 are now known to cause harm to the body even though we use it as a source of energy also. Excess intakes of pyridoxine which is found in the vitamin B6 has been found to cause severe nerve impairment. Study cases of some supplement users and supplements have been proven to cause damage so severe the person could not walk. So, it is good to keep in mind that while we do need our dose of daily vitamins and minerals; that we do not take excess amounts because it will not help in the long run. 2...
