Multivitamin Review The multivitamin which I have chosen to use for this checkpoint assignment is the multivitamin and multi mineral supplement Centrum Performance. By simply looking at the supplement facts on the back of the bottle; the servings seem to be more than enough of what an adult should intake daily. For example, Table 8.2 from the chapter 8 readings displays a recommended intake for adults at being between 1.1 and 1.2 mg of thiamin a day. However, the supplement facts for the Centrum container indicate that one tablet alone contains 4.5 mg. The same goes for other vitamins such as riboflavin being recommended at 1.1 to 1.3 mg a day yet, the tablet offers 5.1 mg.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
