Unformatted text preview: I currently do weight lifting which is good but the site recommends I do it for longer periods of time. Although, I seemingly do not have an actual aerobic activity such as jogging or bicycling; apparently I only perform light and lesser aerobics. So, I know to increase the duration of my weight lifting exercising and start with a light aerobic exercise which will increase in intensity as I continue. I feel I can keep up this routine year-round as long as I make it a routine. I seem to do better with things such as this when I make a routine out of it. I also feel that changing the activities I do from time to time or switching back and forth will help keep me going in the right direction and keep me from boredom of the routine. 2...
