Management 200 – Introductory Financial Accounting Krannert School of Management Purdue University Spring 2010 – Final Exam – Tuesday, May 4, 2010 Lambert Fieldhouse – 3:20pm – 5:20pm Please be sure to check the seating chart when it is posted on Katalyst to make sure you know your seat assignment before you arrive at Lambert. Although the scheduled time is 2 hours, the final exam will be 90 minutes long and will consist of four workout problems similar in format to exams 1 and 2, the homework assignments and assigned problems. The exam will cover chapters 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 of the text and related classroom material. It is your responsibility to be familiar with all this material. To help guide your study you should be familiar with: - Classification of current liabilities - Time value of money concepts: present value and annuities - Bonds payable, including issuance at a premium or discount - The effective interest rate method of amortizing discounts and premiums - Early retirement of bonds payable
