Can't Find It - Good information in a site, but can't find it Poor design layout - USE WHITE SPACE! Gratuitous bells and whistles - Applets that take forever to load, obnoxious animated GIFs, etc. Inappropriate tone - Expectations, user-specific, general, genre Lack of attention to detail - Typos, broken links, outdated information, HTML errors Praise/good things about sites What do you like about your favorite sites? Aesthetics - Some people just like the look and feel of certain sites Writing quality - Some sites boast nicely written, prosaic content that is a pleasure to read Utility - Some sites just offer indispensable services or information 'Findability' - Sites that make it easy for visitors to find information they are looking for, right away Personalization - Customization
