The Outsiders During the coming out process, it may be one of the most difficult times for one to go through. There are so many variables and conditions to be concerned and stressed about. After accepting the fact that one is homosexual, that persons next step is letting it be known to friends, family member, and the community. This is probably the most difficult thing for many to encounter. This is such a big step because after telling others of your homosexuality, still being looked at the same way may turn a total one eighty. Ones family members are the biggest step for most. Coming out to the community is one thing, but informing your parents and family members is another. These are the people you love and do not want to let down. It will probably come as a surprise to the ones who know you and love you most, but hopefully for the most part they would gradually accept the fact and accept you for who you are.
