One of the disadvantages that I thought ought to be noticed is that the staff watches how the managers react to things and if they are too attached to the matter, the employees could take advantage of the reactions and the manager. For example, if there is a certain case toward the firm and the owner becomes scared toward the situation, the workforce could notice and use that to gain what they want. Another disadvantage is that there could be a time where not everyone is pleased and it could cause some major issues. For example, it could lead to a lawsuit. Those are the advantages and disadvantages to having a business decision in the utility principle.
