Managing Business Ethics I learned a lot about myself that I knew to be true but that I never really paid much attention to in general. The results said that I am focused on the best results for the largest number of people. I want to make as many people happy in society as I can. If I feel that the majority of society is unhappy, then there is an ethical problem that needs to be addressed. Social pressures have definitely contributed to my personal and business ethics. I have always been a team player because I have two siblings, and being a middle child, I had to really learn to share and look out for my siblings. I always thought of the best ways to make everyone happy in my family. Now I try to do the same in my work environment.
