Multivitamin Review 2 As a psychology student who currently takes a store brand vitamin, I found it important and interesting to review the information on the vitamin and compare it to what I am actually suppose to intake daily. Reading the label on the vitamin bottle helped me to gain knowledge about the vitamin that I did not know previously. The first thing that caught my attention was the amount of vitamin K in this vitamin. It lacks vitamin knowing that it only contains 10% of the dosage that is recommended to intake. Biotin also comes in low amounts of 10% in this multivitamin. The last things that I noticed was that this vitamin does not contain much calcium either. I knew that this thing lacked calcium when I bought it. With this being the case, I purchased a calcium supplement to take each day. I am currently on a diet that is extremely healthy most of the time. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, including spinach, accurate portions of red meat, fish, and poultry. After reviewing my
