All societies intrinsically have their problems a. Premise of corruption in his own town, but the guy is Muslim i. Very courageous premise for the times ii. Author wrote another book - Allah is not obliged 1. addresses issues of people’s expectations about divine providence 2. travel is a way to broaden ppl’s horizons 3. traveler is much smarter than the grey head (wisdom) a. encounter different circumstances, ppls i. understand society in which you are born much better III. Compare with Matigari a. Contexts are different, but there are similarities
