All three see “liberal individualism” and “Western individualism” as corrosive force in society b. All three are 100% certain that only they know how to create better world with stronger, more humane values c. All three believe that drastic/destructive means may be necessary for the end (“Grand Vision”) VI. Liberalism (non-simplistic version) a. Individual liberty and equality b. Economic (neo) liberalism: open markets, privatization c. Social liberalism: multiculturalism, social programs
