2.0 Situation Analysis The Czar clothing line is scheduled to launch January, 31, 2010. The warehouse is ready to ship the initial orders to its established network of retail outlets. Initial orders have exceeded expectations, and buyers have responded favorably to samples. This initial success is due to Magnus Enterprises LLC is focusing its efforts on implementing the strategies, programs, and tactics outlined in the original business plan. Differentiating CZAR from other more traditional clothing lines has given us the ability to effectively compete in the men’s clothing industry with the already entrenched competition. The anticipation is the online store will have moderate sales due to its ease of use and global access.
