Aids and assistance plans are useful as they provide better assistance for companies. When a company has a change in the way it recruits, manages, change in job descriptions, or the overall way it forms performance appraisals, assistance plans can take heavy burdens off the company's back. Safety in the workplace is another huge part of a company's overall strategic plan. Employees enjoy benefits and incentive plans which needs to part of any company's strategic plan. If a company is to maintain profitability and attract qualified talented candidates all of the above mentioned tactics need to be included. When employees are trained properly they are more likely to do a good job for the company, which in turn, helps the company's reputation. In many places management changes take place often. When companies can recruit internally as well as internally, it brings different experiences to the company.
