Some of these plans are similar in ways of that they need preauthorization required for treatment procedures, preventive care, copayments, and primary care physicians manages care of the patients. These plans also differ in ways that of deductibles, limited provider care, referrals are needed, little or no cost containment, discounted fees, high deductible and or low premium, and coinsurance. I do not think that any one of them offer greater financial or coverage, because it may look and seem good when looking at the cost containment offers and visa versa. But, when you look at the cost containment and the features of all the health plans all look about the same either
