The work environment that I intend to review for this assignment is hypothetical. The work environment is happy and friendly. It is a café that will serve coffee, water, smoothies, and pastries. In the table below, categorize different leadership approaches that could be used in the work environment you have described. Provide different suggestions for each of the four approaches to leadership. Directive approach Supportive approach Plan Shift Schedules. Enforce rules and regulations. Give some sort of bonus for a perfect workweek. Support all workers equally. Support all workers decisions to improve the company.
