What do you think? Was this case decided correctly? Why or why not? Yes, I think that this case was decided correctly. During McCune’s game play her mask came loose and ill fitting. She tried to have the mask tightened or replaced several times and a Range employee attempted to properly fit her mask for McCune. Even though the mask did not properly fit, she voluntarily continued to play the game, when she should have stopped. She voluntarily read & signed the waiver which released the Range from any liability of injury before she started
